Question:

It seems this question is asked over and over but here goes again. Is there a point when you really need to use the TFRTT1504E. I have an 2018 F-150 Diesel 2WD and would like to pull a bumper pull travel trailer with two slide outs. Trailer weight unloaded in 8K plus and would get up to 10K plus loaded. Really dont want to go to the TFRTT1504E for ride comfort but am worried it would be better for the trailer I want to pull.

If you plan to tow a trailer at the higher end of your towing capacity most of the time and you aren't too concerned about unloaded ride quality go with the higher rated # TFRTT1504E but if you are basically going to use the truck in any other way you'd want the part # TFR1504E.
