Recommended Roof Rack for a 2017 Toyota Highlander With Flush Rails

Question:
I have a 2017 Toyota Highlander LE Plus AWD. The vehicle has roof channels on each side with rubber or plastic ed in the channel the entire length. There are two places in the channel that have caps that appear to pop off. Am I limited to installing just cross bars or can I install raised rails and cross bars? If so, what are my options in your catalog?
