Enough Space in Yakima Roof Box for 2 Sets of Golf Clubs?

What is the length of the flat bottom of the unit?. We want the 2 sets of golf clubs to fit where the storage is flat. Thanks.

The overall length of the Yakima SkyBox NX 16 Roof Cargo Box # Y07335 is 75-1/2" long, but you can see how it curves up in the front and the back. For actual flat space on the bottom, you have 71" to work with.
Since the average golf travel bag is around 50" long, you definitely have enough space to lay your equipment out flat, side by side.
If you are a fan of the Yakima boxes though, you might also be interested in their newer design, the Yakima GrandTour Rooftop Cargo Box # YA74FR. It is also 16 cubic feet, but this one is a little taller and shorter at 79" long and 18" tall. One of their upgraded features is that the knob can be removed to create a flatter surface on the inside.
Either box is great though, especially if you're already using other Yakima products and you want to take advantage of their easy same key system locks # Y8771-A137.
