A standard golf bag will measure around 50 inches long, 10 inches wide, and 12 inches deep. If this resembles what you have then a great option is the Thule Pulse Rooftop Cargo Box # TH615.

This particular unit features inside (usable) dimensions of 72 inches long, 31 inches wide, and 14-1/2 inches tall. This will provide plenty of room for two standard sized golf bags with some room still for a few extra sleeves of balls (not that you will need them).
