It is possible that you will be able to replace the 205/75-15 tires currently on your Big Tex trailer with 225/75R15 tires but you will want to take a few measurements first to make sure you will have enough clearance.
The 225/75R15 tires you mentioned will be about 1-1/4" taller and about 3/4" wider than your current tires so you will want to measure from the inside edge of your current tires to the closest part of the trailers frame, and from the top of the tire to the bottom of the fender.
Ideally you want 3"-4" clearance from the top of the tire to the fender to allow your suspension to work properly, and at least 1-1/2" from the inside edge of the tire to the trailer frame.
As long as you currently have at least 4" from the top of the tire to the bottom of the fender and 2" from the inside of the tire to the trailer frame you will have no problems with the larger tires.
We do not offer a wheel and tire combination that has a 225/75R15 Tire and a wheel with the 5 on 5 bolt pattern so you I recommend getting the Dexstar # AM20538DX which is a 15" x 6" wheel with the 5 on 5" bolt pattern you were needing, and the Karrier ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range E # AM10303 which has a load rating of 2830lbs at 80 PSI, and an M speed rating as well meaning they can be used at speeds up to 81 MPH.
