Hello - Would it be possible to purchase just the mounting hardware for a DrawTite 36296 hitch for a 2000 Dodge Caravan?

Yes, it is. Replacement Hardware Kits are listed on our site as # RHK.

This will take you to the replacement hardware kit product page. You will then simply type the number of the hitch you need hardware for in the box that is labeled Hitch Item Number. You would enter part # 36296.

Then select Draw-Tite from the Manufacturer drop down and the quantity of hardware kits you want. Add to the cart and check out.
