I have another option for you but since the Hollywood Racks Destination Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # HLY94FR does not tilt you would have to remove your bikes and fold down the mast to open the rear hatch on your SUV.

For a rack that does allow you to access the rear cargo area with bikes installed I recommend taking a look at the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # TH903202 which will tilt away allowing the rear hatch to open on some SUVs, and has a weight capacity of 65 lbs per bike which is 30 lbs more than the # HLY94FR.

If you can tell me which Year/Make/Model you SUV is I would be happy to confirm if you will be able to open the rear hatch with the bikes loaded.
