Recommended Weight Distribution Shank for Low Ground Clearance

Question:
Help, I have a sway bar and weight distribution hitch. My problem is my shank is a down, its to low for 2021 Tacoma. I need a straight shanks that can accommodate the sway bar and weight connections. The bracket is good just the shank is to low. Thanks

It sounds like you're looking for a new weight distribution shank with less drop and if that's the case we have tons of great options. In order to see how much drop/rise you need you can measure from the ground to the top inside edge of the trailer hitch and then subtract the distance from the ground to the bottom of the trailer coupler while level. I have attached a full list of our options below. The Curt Adjustable Weight Distribution Shank part # C17100 for example only offers a 2" (trunnion)/3" (round) drop.
