Can Slipper Spring # e29SR Install Below Trailer Axle

Question:

From the photo it look like this spring is designed to be placed on top of the axle spring perch. Can this slipper spring be configured so that the axle is above the spring and aligned to a spring perch that is on the bottom of the axle? Cant provide make, etc as is a home made boat trailer recently purchased and I was hoping to reduce the ride height. Have recently placed 2 orders for misc hardware with you all for this trailer and rv camper and your service and ion have been excellent. Thank you.

Yes the slipper spring part # e29SR that you referenced can install below the trailer axle. I attached a picture that shows it installed in this orientation.
