Hey Tim, I believe the part # e29SR would be your best option and is only off by .25 of an inch in overall length. It is a 2 leaf slipper spring with a flat end like you want and for a 1,800 lb trailer axle. What is the axle capacity of your boat trailer?

A 1/4” difference in overall spring length should not matter too much. If your 30.25” springs are really old and have seen many, many miles, they might have sagged. Over time, the arch or “bow” of leaf springs kind of flattens or spreads apart from one end to the other. Essentially, it will make the spring longer from end to end. In Tim’s case, i would measure the distance from spring eye to the rearmost end of the slipper bracket hanger. This measurement will help to ensure the flat or slipper end of the spring doesn’t dig into the slipper hanger. In my case, having access to a welder, I ordered new slipper bracket hangers and welding them onto the frame. Etrailer had everything I needed and more!
