What other clamp type I can use to replace the u-bolt clamp on my Thule Cascade XT?

The original mounting hardware for the Thule Cascade XT is no longer available. A good alternative is the Thule Replacement Quick Mount Hardware # TH04997. This fits crossbars up to 1-9/16 tall x 3-3/4-inches wide.
If you end up needing to drill new holes in the box any extra holes can be sealed up using silicone sealant # LT37467. Also, if you need extra height while using your box and installing hardware, I use the Rightline Gear Moki Door Step # RL100660.
