For your 2021 Ford F-250 short bed that doesn't have the OEM rail kit the Curt gooseneck hitch part # C60700 would be a really great option. It's similar to the OEM gooseneck your truck could have been equipped with and it even installs in the flat area of the bed that was intended for use with the OEM gooseneck.

In that case what you'd want is the Reese Elite rail kit part # RP87FR which is the exact same as the Ford OEM rail kit. Then for a ball you'd just want the # RP19314.

I believe you're talking about what Reese refers to as inner brackets because they mount to the inner surface of the truck frame. They offer the inner brackets as #RP27FR, as shown in the provided photo.
