Why Doesn't Lip Go to Floor on RV Shower Pans part # LC210375

Question:
I noticed that the front lip of a shower pan for RVs is not go all the way to the bottom of the pan. When installing this is there something extra I have to buy to make that lip go all the way to the floor or how is that done typically

The reason one of the sides on the RV Shower Pans like the part # LC210375 doesn't have a lip is that side is normally the side that's open and not attached to wall like the other three.
The reason the front lip doesn't extend down beyond the floor is because this normally install below the surface of the floor it installs in.
