Updated 01/19/2021 | Published 01/16/2021 >
Question:
Hi there I have a 2006 EZ loader tandem Axle boat trailer for my 24 ft glastron. The current brakes are a four-wheel hydraulic drum system that needs a complete overhaul. Looking for everything from as xle out. I recently bought the boat and trailer and have found that most of the hubs and hardware are rusted. What Id like to do is convert to electric drums for more easy operation and reliability. Im also looking for wheels and tires. Current tires are 205/75r14 and wheels are 5x4.75

We can definitely help but I need to know the capacity of the axles you have so that we can pick out the correct parts needed. You can check the axles for a tag that will have the capacity or you can get me the diameter of the axle.
I also attached a link to a page that has a guide on adding electric drum brakes to a trailer for you to check out as well.
