Looking for valve stem extenders for a 2012 F-53 chassis. 245/70R19.5 14PR Tires. 10 Lugs. Suggestions?

I wasn't able to determine whether or not the 2012 F-53 chassis has dual rear wheels or not, but if it does you can use the Wheel Masters 4-Hose Inflation Kit - 16" to 19-1/2" Dually - Hub Mount # WM8001, which are designed for wheels up to 19-1/2". This kit will work on your rear wheels and mounts directly to the wheel hubs. For the front, you can use the Wheel Masters Tire Pressure Valve Extenders - Straight - 3" Long - Qty 2 # WM80293.

If you've got single rear wheels then I recommend using the Wheel Masters Tire Pressure Valve Extenders - Straight - 3" Long - Qty 2 # WM80293 mentioned above on all 4 wheels, since they'll not stick out too far and still give you some extra valve to work with.
