It sounds like you are looking for a way to use a standard above bed rail mounted fifth wheel hitch on a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 with prep package. If that is the case then all you will need is the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter part # DM6333.

The standard above bed rail installation kits won't work if you have the prep package which is why you need the above adapter.
