To build this trailer with the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - 4" Lift Spindle - Regular Tires - 3,500 lbs, part # ASR3500S06, there are a few changes that need to be made to ensure everything is compatible.
The hub and drum assembly that this suspension system is compatible with is the Dexter Assembly for 3500 lb E-Z Lube Axles, part # 84656UC3-EZ. This assembly has a 10" diameter and a 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern. It's compatible with 13" - 16" wheels, and the bearing, races, seal, grease cap, bolts, and lug nuts are included. I've linked to a video review of this assembly for your reference.
The Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit, part # 23-468-469, that you referenced is a good choice for this setup. It fits 14" - 15" wheels. I've linked to a video installation of this kit as well.
Since the largest size wheel compatible with this system is 15" and it requires a 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern, I recommend the Loadstar ST225/75D15 Bias Trailer Tire with 15" White Wheel, part # AM3S870. This wheel has a capacity of 2830 lbs, and the tire has a load range of D. I've linked to a video review of this combo.
As for the brakeaway system, I recommend the Hopkins Engager Push-to-Test Kit, part # 20099. This is a side load kit that includes the charger and a button-tester to signify if the battery is fully charged. I've linked to a video installation of this one as well.
For the hand brake system, we do have another electric brake kit with a parking brake feature. It's part # K23-086-087-00. This includes the lever on the brake for use with a hand lever which we unfortunately do not carry. This kit does have a trade-off with the former kit in that it does require manual adjustment. However, it is still compatible with the other components of this setup, so there is no worry there. I've linked to a video review of this kit for your consideration.
A good wiring harness for the trailer lights and brakes is part # 50-67-106. This will give you everything you need to power the functions of your trailer with your vehicle. I've linked to a video installation of this, too.
One thing to keep in mind for all of this, you not only need a 7-way on your vehicle, but you also need a brake controller to control the electric brakes. If you don't already have one, I've linked to a list of those compatible with the 2019 Jeep Wrangler.
