Hi Wesley!
We actually have these listed slightly wrong, so I am having that updated. There is a difference and I have that listed below:
Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - 4" Lift Spindle - **Regular Tires** - 5,200 lbs # T54KV
-We have this listed for off-road tires, but it is actually for regular tires (hence the ** around that part as that is what I am having updated).
Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - 4" Lift Spindle - Off-Road Tires - 5,200 lbs # T99GR
This is for the wider off-road tires, so the spindles are longer to accommodate them.
So other than that, they are the same (capacity, bearings, and ability to use the offroad tires). What are you wanting to install this on?

Hey Wesley, did you end up going with the Timbren suspension for regular or off-road tires? Knowing which setup worked best could help others trying to choose between these two versions.
