how long is the part...2 feet or 4 feet...could it be used on a 4 bike carrier

The Swagman Replacement Cross Rail, part # SC64663-CR measures 27-1/2 inches long. According to my contact at Swagman, this rail will only work on the Swagman XC rack.
If you would care to provide me with the model number of the rack you have, I would be happy to look into the availability of a replacement cross rail.

Thank you Mike! I have the 4 bike carrier swagman XTC4
