Replacement Leaf Springs for 3500 Pound Axle

Question:
Need a 6 leaf 3500 pound trailer spring. Eye to eye measure 21 and 3/4 inches long. If no spring is available what would be remmend to replace this spring. There is no shackles bolts straight to trailer frame.

For a double-eye leaf spring supporting at least a 3500 pound axle, the closest leaf springs I have to what you have requested is the,
# e59SR spring, 23-1/8" - 3500 pound,
# e54SR spring, 25-1/8", 3500 pound,
Dexter # 072-017-00 spring, 21" - 2000 pound.
One option may be to cut the hangars from the current location and move them to fit an available spring size. If that is the case, you could use the Leaf Spring # e59SR spring measuring 23-1/8" eye center to eye center. (A longer spring will also improve smoothness.) Then attach with TruRyde # TRFA73Z916DLNZ zinc suspension bolt with lock nut for double-eye springs.
We can also supply new U-bolts for your project as well. Just let me know if your axle is square or round and what it measures.
