The Roadmaster part you've referenced with part number 521450-5 is no longer available, but it was an EZ-5 base plate so I recommend using the Roadmaster Nighthawk All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar w/ LED Lights - RV Mount - 8K # RM-676, which comes with safety cables integrated into the setup. This would be compatible with the discontinued 521450-5 base plate you've mentioned or the current model, which is the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM-521453-5.
