Have 2002 Fleetwood Fiesta - need vent covers over bathroom shower area and one near door/ kitchen area has fan, works ok. Do the vents I looked at are the ones I need? White E-Z lift 14 1/4”by 14 1/4”, my vents open by turning handle.

You mentioned needing a vent cover but asked about the E-Z lift vent itself, the Ventline E-Z Lift Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent - Manual Lift - 14-1/4" x 14-1/4" - White # V3092-601-00, so it sounds like you need the actual vent. And yes, that vent will work for you so long as you have the standard 14" x 14" or 14-1/4" x 14-1/4" vent opening on your motorhome.
I recommend taking a quick measurement to see what the opening size is just to verify but it should be that size so you can use the Ventline E-Z Lift Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent # V3092-601-00, and for installation I recommend the Roof Vent Installation Kit # 344270KITW.
In case you did mean an actual vent cover instead, for the same size 14" x 14" roof vent you can use the MaxxAir Standard RV and Trailer Roof Vent Cover # MA00-933066.
