How do I attach the drain buddy-o-pal?

The black tube in the attached picture is meant to be attached to the bottom of the LaSalle Bristol Single Bowl RV Bathroom Sink part # 34416156PPA. At that point you can use the flex pipe in your RV to connect directly to the black pipe. The flex pipe will slide up and on the pipe then a hose clamp is used to secure it to the pipe.
