Hello am I able to use this sink on a pedestal?

The LaSalle Bristol Oval Lavatory Sink # 34416156PPA is not designed as a pedestal sink, it is meant to be used in a RV's bathroom and will need a cutout of 13-1/2" by 10-1/8" in order to mount.
