When you wire your 12v batteries in parallel, the voltage stays the same but the capacity is doubled. This is regarding the amp hours you referenced. You can use the Deka Stackable Battery Cable - 2/0 Gauge - Black - 13" Long # DW04316 and Red # DW01485.
The NOCO Genius Smart Batter Charger - AC to DC - 6V/12V - 5 Amp # 329-GENIUS5 you asked from is able to be used when two batteries are wired in parallel.
