Question:
I am wanting to change my Oil bath to grease. I have TDE 11033 hubs. X 4. Ranger Boat trailer I would like to have bearing buddies on them. They measure 2.240” threaded 11.1/2 TPI using my thread gauge. I will be replacing brgs, races, and seals. Brg- 4649 and 68149. Seal I have is 171255 for the oil bath.

We have Bearing Buddy Bearing Protectors that are the 2.240 inch you referenced but they are not threaded. They are part # BB2240SS for stainless or # BB2240 for chrome plated. If you don't want to replace your hubs to utilize those, then the best option is to keep your oil cap as a grease cap and you can still change over to grease.
For the bearings, races, and seal, you will want the Bearing Kit for #84 Spindle, L44649/L68149 Bearings, 10-19 Double Lip Seal # BK2-100. You may also want the 7-Piece Installation Set for Bearings, Races, and Seals # PTW83020 and Bearing Packer - Plastic # PTW1218 to assist.
