The Replacement Mounting Hardware # 21-2355PK that you referenced is designed to replace the hardware used for the Westin PRO TRAXX Oval Nerf Bars # 21-23550 (Polished Stainless Steel) or # 21-23555 (Black Powder Coated Steel). I have attached an installation video below for the Stainless Steel model that you can use for reference.
