Need to have battery disconnect for flat towing Truck has Diesel engine ,two batteries

The Dual Battery Isolator Switch # 3376391050 that you referenced would work well for you as it can turn off two batteries easily by rotating the switch and is rated for up to 1,000 amps surge.
