The Westin E-Series Bull Bar with Skid Plate - 3" Tubing - Black Powder Coated Steel Item # 31-5615 is going to block the radar cruise sensor on your 2021 Toyota 4runner. I have contacted Westin and there is not currently a front end guard that is going to be compatible with the radar cruise.
