can i install the f2582 air suspension kit on my f150 with a 5 1/2 ft box with a demco recon fifth wheel hitch HJ8550043 in the box mounted on ISR rails

I do have an air bag suspension system that does fit your 2019 Ford F-150 5-1/2 foot bed that has a fifth wheel rail kit but the Firestone kit you mentioned can't install with rail kits. Instead we have the Air Lift kit part # AL57268 which fits your truck and is compatible so it's a great solution.
