The Rhino-Rack # RR576F Fishing Rod Holder for 11 rods will not directly connect to the Pioneer rack, but I do have a couple of solutions.
You can mount a pair of Rhino-Rack # RR43138B Accessory Bars to your Pioneer platform, then attach the 11 rod holder to those. You could also mount a Rhino-Rack # RR43159 mounting bracket to either side edge and add a Rhino-Rack # RR572 4-rod carrier. The advantage of the side mount carriers is that you don't have to climb up on something to access the roof area and you will have more space available on your Pioneer rack for other cargo and accessories.
