Can I Replace My Existing Camper Interior Light Bulbs With LED Strips That Can Change Color?

I know this is recommended replacement for Solaire LCI awning lights and I have read the Optronics will fit into factory light kit. We really want the ability to change colors as we want. Any idea what size strips will fit into factory light strip? 2018 Palomino Solaire 202RB

The problem with this idea is that the multicolor led light strips use a receiver and remote to change the color of the lights. these receivers require a separate power supply. There are LEDs that do not require the receiver and remote like # LC423331, but these are only one color but they will wire in to your existing lights. You could make this work with the solid color LED strip but not the multicolored strips.

If you were to put an LED strip in all your lights, you would need a receiver for each light and a remote for each receiver. This could raise the issue of programming. When multiple LED light strips are used, sometimes the programming can get messed up and the lights will start changing with different remotes.

That being said, to get what you want you will just need to grab a light kit like this # DG52694RF and place them on the walls or ceilings. I know this isn't what you wanted completely, but you will be able to change the color of the lights. This is plenty of strip to illuminate your RV or camper.
