I have a 2008 Chevy Silverado 3500 dually and I recently purchased a westin grill guard thinking it was for the 2008 its for a 2011 which mounting hardware could I use to make this work or which mounting hardware do I need for my 2008 Chevy Duramax HD Dually

It sounds like you ordered the Westin HDX Grille Guard # 57-3615 which fits the 2011 Chevrolet Silverado 3500. The part you needed is the Westin HDX Grille Guard # 57-2315 which is a fit for the 2008 Chevrolet Silverado 3500. If you can confirm that that is the part number you purchased, then I can confirm it will not fit on your 2008 vehicle.

The # 57-2315 for your 2008 has a very different mounting process and set of mounting hardware # 57-231PK compared to the # 57-3615 for your 2011. I attached the instruction manuals of both if you want to compare them yourself. Because the two Grille Guards mount differently, using the mounting hardware for one will not work for mounting the other. My best recommendation is to try to return your old grille guard # 57-3615 and see if you can replace it with the correct one # 57-2315.
