What is the Quietest Rooftop Cargo Carrier?

Question:

Wondering if you guys could comment? Top priority is purchasing a box with the least wind noise. I don’t need that much space so I can go slim if that helps. I’m looking at the Thule Motion XT Alpine or what Pulse. But open to any other suggestions if there’s something quieter!

There are a lot of great options for noise-reducing cargo boxes. The Thule Pulse Medium Rooftop Cargo Box # TH614 is an okay option for achieving less wind noise, but for the quietest cargo box possible, you want to look at our selection of low-profile cargo boxes, which I've linked below. I recommend the Thule Pulse Alpine # TH613 as it has an ultra-low profile and a clean factory look. You will need to check the crossbar spread of your roof rack to determine if any of our cargo boxes will fit your setup. The Thule Pulse Alpine fits a spread of 23-5/8" - 35-3/4".

Note the Thule Pulse Alpine has an internal height of 10-1/2". If the cargo you are wanting to transport is taller than that, the Thule Pulse Medium you were looking at would be the better choice.
