Is TorkLift PowerArmor Battery Box Weatherproof

I am wondering if this battery box is weather proof? I am thinking of placing it in the bed of my truck.

The TorkLift PowerArmor Solar Single Locking Battery Box # TLA7720RS has an access hole in the back for wiring so it is possible some water can get through in really heavy rain, but otherwise it will be safe. It will also stay corrosion free with its aluminum construction and powder coat, and is a popular box to use in truck beds and even boats.
