Do you have a set up that will work with my factory set up? I have back up camera on tail gate would like one for third break light. Thank you.

We have camera kits for the third brake light of your 2018 GMC Sierra 3500 with the part # 3460010 for if your truck has a 8 inch display screen or the part # 3460011 for if you have a factory 7 inch screen.
These kits also come with switches so that you can switch between the camera you have now on the tailgate and the camera of the kit.
