I am getting a 2018 f350 that has factory gooseneck setup if I get Curt Ball and Safety Chain Loop Kit for GM/Chevy/Ford/Nissan Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch - 30K Item # C60692 Will that work with my DemcO Recon Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Hitch - Single Jaw - 21k

There are a couple of options which you can choose from which will allow you to pull a 5th wheel trailer with your 2008 Ford F-350, which I'll go over for you.

The best option by far is the Demco Recon Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter # DM8550045 because it gives you the security of a fifth wheel hitch with a strong jaw system while simply fitting on the gooseneck ball of the Curt EZr. It is both simple to use and strong, with a 21,000 lb towing capacity.

I strongly recommend going with the Recon because it is the most cost-effective option that will still do its job extremely well, but since you did ask for options, the other one is to use the Curt X5 5th-Wheel Base Rail Adapter Plate for EZr Double Lock Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # C16220 with a standard 5th wheel hitch such as the Curt A20 # C16140.

I'm glad you asked, because we have a hitch ball kit for your 2018 Ford F-350 that will work with the Demco Recon # DM8550045, but it isn't the Curt kit you asked about. The reason for that is the Curt ball is a high-rise ball, and the Recon will only work with a standard height gooseneck ball. So what I recommend instead is the Reese Elite Series Pop-In Ball Kit # RP30137. This is a standard height gooseneck ball that also comes with safety chain loops and will both work with your F-350 and the Recon. I've added a link to a video review for you to check out as well.
