The etrailer brand # AKEBRK-10R for the right side and # AKEBRK-10L for the left are the correct replacement 12-1/4 inch brake assemblies for a Dexter 10K axle with a 7-bolt brake mounting flange.
I've linked to a product description video featuring the brake assemblies.
