Puck Light Replacement for RV Ceiling that is 3-3/4 inches Diameter

Question:
I am looking for puck lights that are 3.75inch on the front and 2.75inch on the back. There are 2 wires on the back and there are two clamps that hold it to the roof.

In the spring mount style of puck light the closest option we have is the part # DG52445VP that you referenced but would require you to slightly open up the holes in your ceiling if what you have is 2-3/4 inches in diameter as this needs a 3 inch hole.
