If the rear passenger side jack of your Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Leveling System # LC358590 is wanting to extend then your first step is to make sure that the battery is charged enough to fully operate the system. This leveling system requires 12.75 volts in order to function correctly. From there you can move on to checking the power at the control module # LC304136. You'll need to test both sides of the that leg's fuse.

If everything is fine so far then you'll need to trace the wiring from the control module over to the leg and check for any damage or loose connections. When you get to the leg you can also check that power is making it to it. If so and it still isn't working then you'll want to try to manually extend the jack using the instructions listed below and then complete a zero point calibration.

If all this doesn't solve the issue then the motor for that leg is likely in need of replacement with part # LC343758.

What if it’s not trying to extend? My LR is stuck in the up position and isn’t even trying to move. Fuse is good on the module in the front of the RV. Could that be the module that’s bad? My husband tested it with the multimeter and that spot (LR) doesn’t seem to get the same power. Can the module lose one leg or would the entire thing go bad?

@Annette That definitely sounds like a bad control module. One leg of it can indeed go out. If you have a Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric Leveling System you'll need the Replacement Control Module item # LC304136. A quick way to confirm it's the module is to plug another leg into the one that's out and see what happens.

@JerredH we did that last night, switched the LF and LR and Front wouldn’t budge when we did that. Thanks!
