Troubleshooting MaxxFan 04000K That Does Not Adjust Function with Remote or Buttons on Fan

hello. my max air fan is installed and it turns on but the remote control does not work nor does the buttons on the fan. it only turns off if I disconnect the cables. Any advice would be appreciated .

Your MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Thermostat - Manual Lift - 10 Speed - White # MA00-04000K has a bad circuit board. If you recently installed it, you will want to look at the manufacturer warranty.
If it is an older unit, then you will want the Replacement Printed Circuit Board for MaxxAir Manual Lift RV Roof Vents # MA10A21276K which will restore all of the functions you are currently missing.
