Can a hitch extender be used with a Swagman E-Spec rack when used on an RV? Which rack provides the most clearance from the RV and can carry 2 e-bikes at 68lbs each?

I would not recommend the use of a hitch extender at the back of an RV carrying heavy e-bikes near the capacity of the rack. That would be a recipe for potential problems for sure. How long of a shank do you need?
