Do bolts come with the brackets for the fenders?

Mounting bolts are not included with the CE Smith fender mounting brackets, # CE26061G-2. You will want to use 3/8 inch stainless steel bolts with stainless nuts and lock washers or stainless nylon locking nuts to mount these brackets to your fenders.

I attached a photo showing the brackets attached to a fender for you to see the hardware used.
