Mounting the Rola RBE System to my 2014 Honda CR-V Flush Mount Rails

Question:
Can the Rola R4002 Rail Extreme RBE Roof Rack Crossbars be mounted anywhere along the flush rails on a 2014 Honda CRV or only at factory crossbar suggested locations?
