I along with Rad Power Bikes recommend that you do not haul your bike with a battery installed. The battery weighs 7.7lbs so you are sitting at 61.9lbs without any accessories and no battery.

So now you have some options when it comes to bike racks. I always go for the highest weight rated bike rack when hauling an e-bike. So, if I were you, I would grab the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE 2 E-Bike Rack # HLY74FR. It will fit your RadRover 5 because it has a weight capacity of 80lbs and fits tires up to 5 inches.
