Question:

I would need a fat bike rack recommended to attach to an RV 2inch hitch. This rack meets all the requirements otherwise.

Item # HLY74FR referenced in your question is compatible with your 2-inch receiver and fat bike tires up to 5 inches in width. It is also approved for use behind an RV, which refers to a motorized recreational vehicle (motorhome) and not a bumper pull or 5th wheel/gooseneck trailer.

If you have a motorhome, then this rack will work perfectly for your application.

If you have a standard travel or 5th wheel/gooseneck trailer then the best option for a platform style rack that can accommodate fat tire bikes is the Swagman Dispatch 2 Bike Rack # S44FR along with the Fat Bike Adapter Kit # S64694. This kit will replace the wheel cradles that come with the rack so that it can secure fat bike tires up to 5 inches wide.
