What Bike Racks Are Good Fits for 2012 Toyota Prius C

i have a prius c 2012 will this carrier work for me. i am looking to buy something under 200 dollars. is there any other racks.

You could take a look at the economical Lets Go Aero NEO2 2-Bike Rack - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches Item # B01748 for your bike rack.
If you need a hitch receiver, I recommend the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # 24971. A link is included on the product page providing instructions on proper installation of the hitch receiver. The first thing you are going to want to look at, however, is the owners manual for your 2012 Toyota Prius C. It has been our understanding that Toyota prohibits the installation of a trailer hitch for towing, or the use of hitch mounted accessories. But, hitches are still made for them because there is a market for them.
There are a number of 1-1/4 inch bike racks that are available for your 2012 Toyota Prius C if the 1-1/4 inch trailer hitch receiver is installed. I have included a link to several examples of bike racks we offer.
