Hello. Will a Curt#35799 class 1 Receiver hitch fit a 2014 Prius C ? 2,000#GTW, 200#PW

We do have Class I hitches confirmed to fit your 2014 Toyota Prius C, including Curt hitch # C11484, that you can see on the linked page. We do not have a hitch part 35799.
I recommend the Draw-Tite # 24971 over the Curt hitch since it does not have the requirement to use a support strap # 18050 for non-trailer loads like bike carriers the way the Curt hitch does. It offers the very same capacities as the Curt. An installation video is linked for you.
