Question:
I have s 2018 f150 anc Im looking to add 7 pin connector to the truck. It did come with package but it was a special order truck so it did not come with a hitch but the 4 pin connector is there and from what Im reading the other wires that are needed for the 7 prong are tucked up into the frame somewhere. Im wondering which 7 prong plug should I buy?

The wires are ran to the rear of your 2018 Ford F-150 that you'll need to wire up a 7-way but they stop at a connector that's in the frame rail of the truck.
So the adapter you need is the part # 37185 which your 4-way will plug into and then depending on what 7-way functions you need will determine how much of the truck's wiring in the truck frame you'll need to access.
The blue wire of the adapter would need to run to the blue wire pointed out in the harness if you have a brake controller, and the black wire of the adapter would run to the orange wire if you need the 12 volt accessory circuit. The white ground wire would get ran to the truck frame.
I also attached a link to this page that has more info on how to do this as well.
