Question:
I just purchased a 2019 Coleman Lantern LT 17FQ. I’ve read that a lot of guys have flipped the axles but I was thinking an over/under kit would be a smarter option. Do you make one for this model? Additionally, I haven’t towed it yet but was wondering what you recommend in terms of sway bars. Thank you!

So "flipping the axles" is just another term for an over/under conversion kit, and so long as your 2019 Coleman Lantern LT 17FQ has round axles as opposed to torsion axles, this will be a smart thing to do in order to get more ground clearance.
Based on my research this trailer should have a 3,500 lb axle, which is 2-3/8" diameter. You will want to verify that, and if so then what you need is the Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit # K71-384-00.
This kit lifts your trailer approximately the same amount as your axle's diameter plus the height of the leaf spring pack.
As far as anti-sway I highly recommend a weight distribution hitch, as this will not only minimize sway but also keep your vehicle level to reduce sag. For a 2019 Coleman Lantern LT 17FQ I recommend the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution with 2-Point Sway Control # FA92-00-0600.
This system uses 2 points of sway control via friction in the spring bars to greatly reduce trailer swaying. It also uses clamp-on brackets so you won't have to drill along your trailer frame, and allows you to back up with the system on, which not all do. The Fastway is also a much more budget-friendly option than many systems while still being high quality which makes it a great value.
You will also need a hitch ball with this system, depending on the size of your trailer's coupler, either 2-5/16" Hitch Ball # EQ91-00-6100 or 2" Hitch Ball # EQ91-00-6080.
I have added links to video reviews for you as well.
